Current role at ARA: Currently serving in the same position, serve as Social Director, liaison between the Board of Directors and the Staff.

Responsibilities at ARA: Making sure that the Executive Committee and Board meetings are conducted in a timely and professional manner.

 

Accomplishments: I was handling administrative assistant responsibilities at NATA for 13 Trade Associations, traveling for quarterly meetings and making logistical arrangements. Took these learnings and implemented at ARA and continue to implement best practices.

Current Role at ARA: Digital Media & Information Technology Coordinator, also involved in IT Committee and Digital Media & Conventional Spanner Board Committee.

Responsibilities: Provides strategic direction to ensure the stability of the company’s digital media and conventional infrastructure including monthly newsletter, ARA app, website, content research, designing, development and deploying. Provides office support for all the IT related platforms.

Work Experience: Worked at Arsh Food and Gas Inc independently managing the store for 10 years prior to joining ARA. Owned a cleaner and managed the business. Worked at vision computers as a technician. Tech support and assembling laptops and desktops.  

Responsibilities at ARA: Making sure that surveys are done for the stores in my territory including managing the complaints for the customers. Making sure that they are resolved within a short period of time. Getting new prospects for the company. 

Accomplishments; I had absolutely no sales experience in the past. In spite of that have been able to get few prospects for the company. I strive to make a sincere effort to be able to meet the standards required.
